Health insurance
GHR Travel Nursing is proud to offer medical, vision and dental insurance. Employees have the choice to enroll in one or all health options based on their individual wants and needs. The best part is, you’re eligible for benefits the first of the month following your start date.
Upon hire, you will receive a GHR Employee Benefits Enrollment Guide which provides any and all information you need to select a medical plan that works for you. With several different plans and levels to choose from, you are sure to find a plan that is perfect. For dental and vision insurance, just like medical, GHR Travel Nursing has several affordable plans to choose from as well.

401(k)
We all need to plan for the future, and GHR Travel Nursing helps you do that with our terrific 401(k) retirement plan. After you work at least 83.33 hours each month (about 20 hours per week) for three consecutive months, you’re eligible to participate in the 401(k) retirement plan beginning in the following quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1).
Once you’re in the plan, you can contribute up to 15% of your salary (pre-tax) to your 401(k). After one year of service and 1,000 hours completed, GHR will contribute 33% of the amount deferred up to 6% of pay. On top of a that, after three years in the plan, you’re 100% vested.

Flexible spending account
An added benefit to working with us is our variety of flexible spending accounts. With a healthcare spending account, you’re able to redirect a portion of your income on a pre-tax basis and apply it to unreimbursed healthcare expenses. From prescriptions to annual physical exams to dermatology, you’re able to find a plan to make these costs more affordable. Flexible spending accounts are also applicable to dental and vision costs.
GHR Travel Nursing also offers a dependent day care flexible spending account where employees are able to pay for their child’s day care costs on a pre-tax basis.
Referral bonuses
GHR Travel Nursing offers an industry-leading referral bonus program designed to reward you by paying you great money for referring your friends and colleagues to us. Referral Partners is unlike typical referral programs in the industry. We pay you $1 per hour for every hour your referral works for us. And, earn an extra $500 bonus when your tenth referral starts to work for us. Earn up to $1,800 or more annually!
Even better, there is no limit on the number of people you can refer and no limit to the amount you can earn from each referral! We make it as easy as possible for our employees to cash in. Just think of it as our way to say “thank you” for sending top talent our way.
Weekly pay, direct deposit, pay card
One of our most popular benefits is our weekly pay. All GHR Travel Nursing employees start off their weekend with an early Friday morning paycheck! We offer several different options to receive pay including a direct deposit into your bank account or a pay card. We want to make it as easy as possible to receive your hard-earned money.
